Although the other method is preferred, now the LONG (rendering took almost 20mins) and tedious part of this editing technique is over with, the real editing can be started. This technique also required all the useable clips to be labelled (so we know which are/aren't base tracks) so this is also going to save me time in the rest of the editing.
Today we will be re-filming some more southbank shots and after labelling those I will get onto rough cut editing for the deadline next week !
